What is Qi2?
Qi2, the latest standard in wireless charging technology, signals a major cornerstone for wireless charging. It delivers 15W wireless charging speeds, compared with the 5W speeds the original Qi standard was capable of. Now you can minimise charger cable clutter and top up your phone battery in seriously speedy time.

What is Made for Apple Watch?
The watch-charging component of the NOVA features Made for Apple Watch certification. Apple recommends you only charge your watch with chargers that use the Apple Watch badge. Apple Watch chargers feature Made for Apple Watch certification. Made for Apple Watch chargers deliver efficient charging, protect the longevity of your Apple Watch battery, assure compatibility with your Apple Watch, charge safely, and function for optimal user convenience.

Why does the NOVA look so different from other 3-in-1 chargers?
Historically, wireless chargers have been functional but looked utilitarian. Through countless iterations, JOURNEY has designed the NOVA to be highly functional and striking as a décor statement. JOURNEY’s new chapter in wireless charging is intended to resonate with households and offices whose interiors/decors are spaces for personal aesthetic expression. 

Why does the NOVA have a hollow body?
The hollow-body design is visually striking but also practical. It’s integral to the NOVA’s minimalist vertical architecture. The vertical build of the charger minimises desk foot print, and promotes gentle environmental ambience in your living and working spaces.

Can I charge my phone on the NOVA while my case is on my phone?
We recommend you use a MagSafe/Qi2-compatible phone case for your phone when charging it on the NOVA. JOURNEY has a variety of cases you can use.

I have an Android phone. Can I use the NOVA?
Qi2 is intended to be universally compatible, but the standard is still new. As a result, the first phones that are equipped to take Qi2 charging are iPhone models 12 onwards. As Qi2 continues to mainstream, many future Android phone models are expected to be Qi2-enabled. JOURNEY also includes a magnetic ring in the NOVA box. This ring attaches to the vast majority of modern smartphones to equip them with Qi2 charging capability.
